In case your Snugs are not up to your expectations, we offer FREE return for purchases made within West Malaysia, up to 14 days after your parcel is received!

On top of the free return, a driver will also be arranged to pick up your return parcel from the address it was delivered to!

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

Returned items must be new and original condition with original product packaging and labels. Returned items must not be washed, altered, and with no visible wear or tear.

Promo items will only be refunded based on price paid after promo.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Snugs boxer shorts are not eligible for return or refund due to our strict hygiene policy.

Each item can only be exchanged or refunded once.

Exchange / refund will only be processed once we have received and checked the returned items.

Snugs reserves the rights to reject requests for exchange or refunds where such requests do not comply to the above terms.

Snugs reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
